Friendly staff and good food options
During my recent business trip, I was pleasantly surprised by the kindness and helpfulness of the hotel staff. They were always eager to assist with any requests and made me feel welcome. the breakfast was satisfying with both traditional and standard options available, and the restaurant provided delicious meals throughout the day. The central location was convenient for accessing nearby museums and business centers.
The hotel's Wi-Fi service was unreliable and frustrating to use, often disconnecting and making it difficult to complete necessary work tasks. some of the amenities were outdated and could use an upgrade, such as the towels which were rough and worn, and the hot water which took a while to warm up.

The location of the hotel is great, being near Adwa square north of Casainches. The check-in process was smooth and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice view of the city center. The breakfast had a variety of options, including fresh juices. the hotel offers amenities such as airport pick-up and toothbrushes.
The hot water in the shower took some time to warm up.

The staff were very friendly and helpful during my stay. They were always available to answer any questions or provide assistance. the location of the hotel was great. It was centrally located, making it easy to explore the city and visit nearby attractions. The room I stayed in was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable space to relax after a day of exploring.
One aspect that I didn't like was the inconsistent Wi-Fi connection. It would often go down during the day, causing some inconvenience.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the room was exceptional, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location was ideal, as it was close to the city center and a typical Ethiopian shop. Transportation was convenient, with Adwa square and Casainches being nearby. The staff were welcoming, disciplined, and professional. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth.
